For lunch, take half plate of rice with a piece of meat and vege. Rice is a MUST in this plan, as you need energy to jog in the evening. Besides, it’s the best meal of the day, so savor it and enjoy lunch!
Afterwards, jog with the same pace for about 20-30 minutes in the evening. I start jogging at about 6.20pm.
Now comes the grueling part that is for dinner, do not exceed 6 pieces of Hup Seng biscuits (I go 5 normally) with a cup of hot MILO or any drink depending on your preference. Nestum will do too!
Remember; always check the calories before popping it into your mouth!
You should not go more than 1500 calories a day.

I started this diet 3 days ago and finally decided to face the music by weighing myself. Roomie and I went hunting in Giant for weighing machine today and were very very happy to know that we lost weights!
